To revolutionize animal welfare by creating a transparent, sustainable bridge between compassionate people worldwide and rescue dogs in China through innovative cloud sponsorship technology.
Our Story
Cloud Rescue Foundation was born from a simple observation: countless people want to help rescue dogs but face barriers like distance, long-term commitment requirements, and lack of transparency. Meanwhile, rescue shelters in China struggle with chronic funding shortages and lack of international connections.
We recognized that technology could bridge these gaps. By creating a platform that enables "cloud sponsorship," we allow people worldwide to make meaningful weekly contributions to dogs they care about, while maintaining complete transparency through video updates and direct communication with shelter managers.
Today, we're proud to connect thousands of sponsors with verified shelters across China, providing sustainable support for dogs who need it most while empowering shelters to grow responsibly.
The founder of this project personally cares for four dogs—three rescued from the streets and from shelters—and has volunteered for years at a local homeless shelter. After seeing firsthand the shelter's funding gaps, they began donating personal funds and eventually invested their own time and money to build Cloud Rescue Foundation so more people could help.
